If you are an employee

You use Exkit through your company's app, so your company's support team is the right first contact. We cannot see your expenses or change them.

The camera doesn't open. On iPhone, go to Settings › your company's app and turn on Camera. On Android, check that a camera app is available and allowed. You can also pick an existing photo.
The receipt wasn't read correctly. Take the photo again in good light, or type the values yourself. Suggestions are only suggestions, so check them before submitting.
The app asks about tax. Your company may require tax details. Check or enter the rate and amount, or turn on "No tax on this receipt".
Changes requested. Your approver sent the expense back. Open it, tap Edit, make the change, add a reply if useful, and submit again.
An approved expense is wrong. Approved expenses can't be edited. Ask your approver to void it, then submit a new one.

Sign in at portal.exkit.asymptoticsolutions.com.
There you manage tenants, API keys, apps, settings, categories, spending limits and your logo, and see tax reports and the ledger.
On the Data tab you choose how long data is kept, at most 24 months, and download it. Exkit is not a legal archive, so keep your own copy for as long as the law requires.
To turn two-step verification on or off, open your Account page in the portal.
If an owner has lost access, email us from your company address.

When you email us, include your customer ID, the time, and the error code and request details. Do not send secrets, passwords or receipts.
